Work Experience

I work as a member of the digital transformation team, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for internal software solutions, including document management systems, corporate portals, and learning management platforms (LMS). I collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, define system functionalities, and support the implementation of IT projects aligned with organizational objectives.

Based on the findings of business analysis activities, I configure and customize the ESD system called DOCS5 according to client requirements, prepare the necessary adjustments, and produce technical documentation and test scenarios.

In addition, on the IT side, I deploy the new DOCS5 system on clients’ servers and provide IT support. I also configure integrations with government systems such as SİMA, ASAN Imza, RSD, and others.

Depod is an innovative company founded in Azerbaijan in 2023 that develops modern technological solutions. Our main goal is to provide users with high-quality, reliable and modern technological products.

Developed multiple CRM systems with cross-language interface support, collaborated with multilingual teams ensuring software compatibility across different regions, and gained hands-on experience in quality assurance and issue tracking.

Built and maintained scalable systems with a focus on user experience, frequently debugged and resolved system errors requiring precision and analytical thinking, gained insight into multilingual UI/UX feedback through internal testing.

Taught HTML, C#, React.js and more to students, built real-world projects with students simulating bug tracking and testing environments.
